Delete your account

You can delete your Gymography account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Gymography and go to Me.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account, workouts, weight, plans and notes are deleted at once. To keep a copy first, tap Download my data.

Without the app

Email support@gymography.app from the Gmail you use in Gymography, with the subject “Delete my Gymography account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What happens to the data

• Deleted at once from the live database: account, phone, country, body details, workouts, measurements, plans, diet, notes, trainer connections and a parent's approval.
• Removed from our backups within 30 days.
• Kept: only your Gmail address and the date you first joined, so that each Gmail gets the free trial once.
• Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase (order number, date, amount), as tax law requires.

For parents

If you approved a 16- or 17-year-old, go to Me → Teens I approved → Withdraw. Their data is deleted the next time their app opens; if they no longer use it, write to us and we delete it within 7 days.
