By using Gymography you agree to these terms. Please read them with the Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or over. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must approve in the app. Sign in with your own Gmail; your account works on one phone at a time.

Fitness, not medical advice

Plans, calories, protein, BMI and diets in the app are general fitness guidance and estimates, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a heart, blood pressure, diabetes or other health condition. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness. You exercise at your own risk.

Trainers

Trainers are independent; they are not employed by Gymography, and we are not responsible for their advice. A trainer sees a trainee's account details, workouts, weight, plan and diet only after the trainee accepts, and only until either of them ends the training. Trainers agree to keep trainee data confidential, to use it only to train that person, not to copy it elsewhere, and to send trainees with health conditions to a doctor.

Payments

• Gymography is free while we test it. Before payment starts, the app tells you.
• When payment is on, access is a one-time payment through Google Play for 24 months. It does not renew by itself; when it ends, you can choose to pay again.
• The price shown in the app and in Google Play is the final price, including taxes.
• Refunds follow our Refunds and Cancellation policy.

Using it fairly

Don't share your account, misuse the trainer feature to contact or harass people, copy the app's content, try to break its security, or use it against the law. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.

Your data and our content

Your workouts and data are yours; you let us store and process them only to run the app for you. The app, its exercise steps, pictures and videos belong to us.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City], Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: support@gymography.app.
